THE BIG DANCE COMPANY | EVERY MONDAY NIGHT
The big dance company best known for reaching the semi finals of britains got talent with their dance group flava, have now achieved International recognition and are on the look out for dancers with raw talent to represent them at regional and national competitions. The dance company celebrated winning this years world hip hop championships with their under 16 group sweet flava amongst many other achievments with their other succesful dance crews, including music videos, movies, and support for top name acts.
The company are looking for dancers between the ages of 8 and 16 who are interested in training for big events and competitions. The crews will be training at their new newquay based school at Pure nightclub, a state of the art venue with incredible sound system and facilities.
Succesful dancers will train on a monday night for 3 hours, learning various techniques in Hip hop and lyrical dance and wil recieve training from Flavas choreographer Fiona Richardson. For those who do not make the crews they will have the opportunity to take part in social classes to improve their skills for the next auditions. Fiona Richardson is currently working on anti social behaviour and bullying campaigns across the UK with dance group flava and hopes that by opening the doors to people in the area it will encourage young people to get involved in a great interactive and social hobby that not only keeps you fit but help you make new friends and visit different areas in the country. the big dance company are dedicated to providing big opportunities to young people with big dreams and are working closely with pure nightclub to provide those opportunities in a fun and exciting enviroment.
For anyone that would like to join a crew or come just for fitness and fun.....
Ages 12 and Under : 4.00pm - 5.30pm.
Ages 12 - 16 : 5.30pm - 7.00pm.
Over 16's : 7.00pm - 8.00pm.
